Tenerife offers quality spaces in which to settle at very competitive prices. It has 14 industrial estates and 62 industrial zones with a surface area of 13.1 million square metres.

Affordable Rentals

The average rental price of industrial buildings is EUR 5.13 per square meter, while the average purchase price of industrial space is EUR 732 per square meter.

Office rents average around EUR 10.87 per square meter.

Cost and quality of life comparison

According to the cost of living index prepared by the collaborative platform Numbeo for the year 2023, Tenerife ranks 322nd worldwide.

Compared to cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, Tenerife offers a very reasonable cost of living scenario with consumer prices 22.1% lower than in Barcelona and 14% lower than in Madrid (without rent) and if rent is considered, such consumer prices are 27.2% and 20.1% lower respectively.
