SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. is adopting or shall adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary for ensuring the security of personal data and preventing their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, with this being done bearing in mind the very latest technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, be these due to human action or to the physical or natural environment.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Controller: In accordance with that established in the current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we would like to inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A., the business address of which is Avda. Authorisation: The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your having given us your consent to do so, with the purpose being the management and fulfilment of the services requested and/or contracted by you. For the management and fulfilment of the relationship, the possible information and/or any other ordinary communication sent to you via the contact channels you provide.

Retention period: The personal data provided shall be held on file for the period strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned principles, the liability period, throughout the commercial relationship, until deletion is requested by the data subject or for 6 years as of the last confirmation of interest.
If you have exercised or are exercising the right of deletion, cancellation and/or limitation of the processing of your data, we shall keep your information duly blocked and unused for as long as it may be necessary for the lodging or defence of claims or resolution of a judicial, legal or contractual proceeding that might arise regarding the processing of your data that must be attended to and for which the retrieval thereof is required.
Updating / Amendment: Unless you inform us otherwise, we shall assume that your data remains unchanged, that you undertake to notify us of any changes to them and that we have your consent to use them for the purposes mentioned.

Anybody has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. is or is not processing personal data that might concern them. All data subjects are entitled to access their personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer required to fulfil the purposes they were gathered for.

DATA PROCESSING BY THIRD PARTIES
For reasons of organisation, operation, need, etc., SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. may contract the services of advisors, professionals or similar to process personal data on its behalf. This third-party processing is regulated in a contract, be it in writing or in some other form that enables the accreditation of its execution and content, that expressly stipulates that the data processor shall process the data in strict accordance with the instructions of SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. and shall not apply or use them for purposes other than those stated in said contract, nor shall they communicate them, not even for their retention, to other persons.
The individual who might have access to the personal data in his or her capacity as an employee is not deemed to be the processor within the working relationship with SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A.
Under no circumstances shall said processing or access be understood as involving an assignment, transmission or transfer of Personal Data.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
There shall be no assignment, transmission or transfer of personal data except under legal obligation or at the request of the Public Administration, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor or the Judges or Courts or the Audit Commission or the autonomous regional institutions with similar functions to the Ombudsman or the Audit Commission, with this being undertaken within the scope of the functions expressly attributed to them by law.
If there is an assignment, transmission or transfer of personal data outside of the cases provided, the data subject shall be informed in advance and asked to give their consent if appropriate.
